Delete your Lekhva account and data
Delete in the app
Sign in to the account, open More > Account, choose Delete account, review the consequences and confirm. Lekhva authenticates the current account and does not allow you to select another user's account.
Request deletion externally
If you cannot use the app, email [email protected] from the address associated with your Lekhva account. Include only the account email and state that you are requesting deletion. Never send your password, recovery link, payment credentials or authentication tokens.
Support verifies ownership using information associated with the account before processing the request. Requests are completed as soon as reasonably practicable after verification. If information must be retained for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance, support will explain what is retained where applicable.
What is deleted
- The authenticated Supabase account, profile, usage, quota and entitlement-projection records.
- The matching RevenueCat customer, including RevenueCat purchase, subscription and promotional history.
- When deletion is performed in-app, that account's app-managed local workspace, settings, drafts, backups, documents, caches and scheduled invoice reminders on that device.
What may remain
- Google Play retains transaction and billing records under Google's policies.
- Files you exported or shared outside Lekhva remain at those destinations until you delete them.
- An external support request cannot erase local data from a device that is not under Lekhva's control. After the request is completed, clear Lekhva's application data or uninstall the app on each device where you used it.
- Firebase analytics and diagnostics follow configured provider retention rules and may not be directly linked to your Supabase account UUID.
- Information required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance may be retained where applicable.
Subscriptions and restoration
Deleting your Lekhva account does not cancel recurring Google Play billing. Cancel an active subscription in Google Play before deletion. Eligible Play purchases may be restorable after account recreation under Google Play and RevenueCat rules. Promotional access is not a Play purchase and is not restored by Google Play.
